This study aims to determine educational factors affect income, the number of dependents factors affect income, consumtion pattern factors affect income, and work experience affect income of BUMN employees in PT. PLN (Persero).
This study uses primary data sourced from the questionnaire. The study population is BUMN employees at PT. PLN in Pekanbaru area.The study sample was 60 samples. The main analytical method is using multiple linear regression analysis.
The result of the study indicate that education, number of dependents, consumption patterns, and work experience has a positive and significant influence on the income of BUMN employees at PT. PLN in Pekanbaru area. Based on the study that has been done it is concluded tha level of education, number of dependents, consumption patterns, and work experience all have a positive and significant influence on the income of BUMN employees at PT. PLN in Pekanbaru area.
