Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian Berdasarkan Standar Akreditasi Nasional Rumah Sakit (Snars) Berbasis Web Di Rumah Sakit Universitas Riau

ABSTRACT
HR department is a division at the Riau University Hospital which is responsible
for handling staff administration. Data processing for employees at Riau University
Hospital is still done manually. The absence of warnings about the expiration of
medical lisence for clinical staff, has become a problem because clinical staff whose
medical lisence have expired are not allowed to do their job, meanwhile medical
documents take about six months to arrange. The solution to this problem is to
create a web-based information system and MySQL as the database. The system
built will refer to the National Hospital Accreditation Standard (SNARS). The menu
in the system contains about processing, storing staff data and files, as well as
warning medical lisence will expire. System testing has been carried out by twentyfive
staff at the Riau University Hospital. From the test that using the USE
questionnaire method and the Likert scale as calculation method, the results of
usability testing were 86.9% which was included in the "very satisfying" category.
