The aim of this research is to examine the influence of experience, entrepreneurial interest and human resource capabilities on the performance of printing MSMEs in Pekanbaru City. The population in this research is printing MSMEs in Pekanbaru City in 2022, totaling 904 MSMEs. Using the Slovin formula, the number of respondents (sample) in this study was 90 MSMEs. In this research, sampling techniques were used using probability sampling techniques with the proportioned stratified random sampling method by collecting data on the number of samples needed for each sub-district in the city of Pekanbaru. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used in this research is a questionnaire. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that experience, interest in entrepreneurship, and human resource capabilities partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs.
