Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Penyerapan Anggaran Di Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti

ABSTRACT
This study aims to prove the effect of budget planning, Management
commitment, and human Resources competence on budget absorption in the
Meranti Islands Regency Government.
This study use a questionnaire research method. The population of this
study was 69 respondents consisting of the Head of OPD, Staff of the Technical
Implementation Officer (PPTK), and the Expenditure Treasurer. The sample of
this study was selected using purposive sampling technique, namely a sampling
technique that uses several criteria to determine the sample to be used.
Hypothesis testing was carried out with the help of the SPSS 25 statistical test
tool.
Based on the results of multiple regression analysis with a significance
level of 5%, the results showed that budget planning has an effect on budget
absorption with a significance value of 0.002 0,05, and value
significance of human resource competence 0,319 > 0,05.
