Aplikasi Bahan Organik Dari Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit Dengan Mikrob Selulolitik Dan Pupuk Npk Pada Tanaman Kacang Hijau (Vigna Radiata L.)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of the interaction between the application of organic matter from oil palm empty fruit bunches (OPEFB) with cellulolytic microbes and NPK fertilizers, as well as the main factors of each treatment on mung bean plants. This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau University from January to April 2022. This research is a factorial study arranged according to a Randomized Block Design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is OPEFB organic matter which consists of 3 levels, namely: Without OPEFB organic matter; OPEFB + cellulolytic bacteria (20 g per polybag) and Compost (EFB + cellulolytic bacteria) (20 g per polybag). The second factor is the dose of NPK fertilizer which consists of 3 levels, namely: 50% NPK fertilizer recommended dose 250 kg.ha-1 (0,5 g per polybag); 75% NPK fertilizer recommended dose 250 kg. ha-1 (0,75 g per polybag) and 100% NPK fertilizer recommended dose of 250 kg.ha-1 (1 g per polybag). The data obtained from this study were analyzed using software, namely SAS (Statistical Analysis System). The results of the analysis of variance were continued with the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test at the 5% level. Parameters observed were plant height (cm), flowering time (DAT), harvest age (DAT), number of pods per plant (fruit), number of pithy pods per plant (fruit), percentage of pithy pods (%), number of seeds per plant (fruit), seed weight per plant (g), weight of 100 dry seeds (g), harvest index (%). There was no interaction between OPEFB with cellulolytic microbes and NPK fertilizer on all observation parameters.
Keywords: OPEFB, cellulolytic microbes, NPK fertilizer, mung beans.
