Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Personal Cost, Dan Machiavellian Character Terhadap Niat Melakukan Internal Whistleblowing Dengan Iklim Etis Sebagai Variabel Pemoderasi
The research aims to test and analyze the impact of organizational,
personal cost, and machiavellian character commitments with an ethical climate
as a moderate variable on the intention of prosecuting internal civil personnel in
the riau provincial government environment. The study uses primary data that
comes from a questionnaire. The study used nonsampling methods to acquire 73
samples of civil servants with a total observation of 200.
The analysis tool used in the study: modeling - partial least square (sempls).
Hypothesis testing in this study has been found that there isa significant
influence between organizational, personal cost, and machiavellian character
commitments to the internal whistleblowing intention. As well as an ethical
climate can modernize the relationship between organizational, personal cost,
and machiavellian character commitments to the internal whistleblowing
intention.
It is expected from this study that civil servants in the province of riau are
able to understand. About the importance of an internal whistleblowing intention
with regard to organizational, personal cost, machiavellian character
commitments and an ethical climate in order to increase the number
