Pengaruh Upah Minimum, Tingkat Pendidikan, Dan Inflasi Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Di Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effect of Minimum Wage, Education Level, and Inflation on employment in Pekanbaru City. The data used is time series data for the period 2006-2021. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that partially the minimum wage had a positive and significant effect on employment, education level had a negative and significant effect on employment and inflation had a negative and significant effect on employment in Pekanbaru City. Simultaneously the minimum wage, education level and inflation have a significant effect on employment in Pekanbaru City.
