Analisis Pengaruh Modal, Bahan Baku, Dan Tenaga Kerja Terhadap Hasil Produksi Pada Agroindustri Tahu Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to (1) identify the characteristics of the tofu agro-industry in Pekanbaru City, (2) analyze the influence of the production factors of capital, raw materials, and labor on the amount of tofu production in Pekanbaru City. The study used the census method on 31 tofu agro-industry in Pekanbaru City. The results showed that the characteristics of the tofu agro-industry in Pekanbaru City were generally small industries and home industries with the majority of their own business status. The majority of workers working in the agro-industry are male and come from outside the family. In production activities, the tofu agro-industry uses modern technology, including boilers and soybean grinding machines. Simultaneously the effect of capital, raw materials, and labor on production in tofu agro-industry in Pekanbaru City is 86%. Capital and raw material variables partially have a significant effect on tofu production. Meanwhile, the labor variable has a partial but not significant effect on tofu production.
