Pengembangan Perangkat Pembelajaran Berbasis Problem Based Learning Untuk Memfasilitasi Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah Matematis Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP/Mts Materi Statistika
This research is based on the importance of students
mathematical problem solving abilities (KPMM) and the limited learning tools
made by teachers to facilitate students' problem solving abilities. This study aims
to produce learning tools based on Problem Based Learning to facilitate
mathematical problem solving abilities in statistical material that are valid and
practical for use by Grade VIII students of SMP/MTs. This research is a
development research with a 4D development model developed by Tiagharajan,
Semmel and Semmel with 4 stages namely define, design, develop, disseminate. The
learning tools developed were validated by 3 validators and revised according to
the suggestions from the validators. LKPD that were valid were then tested in two
stages, namely small group trials with the subject of 6 students in class VIII SMP N
4 Bathin Solapan and large group trials with 22 students in class VIII 3 SMP N 4
Bathin Solapan as subjects to find out the students' responses on the use of LKPD.
Based on data analysis, the average values for syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets
were 3.85, 3.72, 3.72 in the very valid category. Based on the results of small group
trials for LKPD, it was found that the LKPD that had been developed met the
practical requirements with an average score of 3.42. The results of the large group
trial for LKPD obtained an average score of 3.48 and fulfilled the practical
requirements.
