Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Karyawan Pada PT Amanah Insanillahia Batusangkar Sumatera Barat
The research was conducted at PT Amanah Insanillahia Batusangkar West Sumatra, with the aim to determine the direct effects of the Influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment on Employees. The sample used was 102 employees, using proportional sampling techniques. The variables used are Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment. The method used in data collection is questionnaire (questionnaire). This study used quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques operated through the SPSS 25.0 for windows program.
The results showed that Transformational Leadership partially had a positive and significant effect on OCB, Organizational Culture partially had a positive and significant effect on OCB, Organizational Commitment partially had a positive and significant effect on OCB. Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Commitment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on OCB.
