ABSTRACT

This research is to find out the influence of the factors that influence the smoked catfish industry in District XIII Koto Kampar. The theory used in this research is a theory related to supply factors, namely the Theory of Supply. The approach method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The types of data used in this research are primary and secondary data. Where primary data is obtained directly from respondents through interviews, questionnaires, documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through government agencies such as the Kampar Regency Central Statistics Agency. The total population and sample in this study was 15. The data collection technique used in this research was field research (observation), namely research by conducting direct inspections of the smoked catfish industry in District XIII Koto Kampar. Data collection was carried out by means of a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26.0 program facilities. The results of data analysis show that price and production costs simultaneously influence the supply of XIII Koto Kampar. t calculated on the variable price of goods and production costs which have a significant and influential effect on the supply of smoked patin fish in District XIII Koto Kampar.
