Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Sate Kambing Perspektif Syariah Di Kabupaten Pelalawan

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze capital, raw materials, labor and understanding of sharia from each independent variable studied on the results of goat satay production in Pelalawan Regency. Determining the sample in this study used snowball sampling. The sample in this study was 32 respondents. This research is a descriptive quantitative research, where the data used is primary data obtained directly from goat satay producers in Pelalawan Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using independent variables and dummy variables which are processed with the eviews 12 statistical application. The results of this study show that the variables capital, raw materials, labor and understanding of sharia from each independent variable have a significant effect on satay production results. goats in Pelalawan Regency. In this research, the variables capital, raw materials, labor, and understanding of sharia from each independent variable studied influenced the production of goat satay in Pelalawan Regency by 99.11% and the remaining 0.89% was influenced by other variables not studied.
