PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PERAWAT RUMAH SAKIT ERIA PEKANBARU

The research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of the
Non-Physical Work Environment and Work Motivation on Performance through Job
Satisfaction among Nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. Questionnaires were
distributed to 81 respondents and processed using the Path Analysis Test method with
Statistical Product and Service Solutions Version 26 software.
The results of the research show that there are results (1) The non-physical
work environment influences the performance of nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru
(2) Motivation influences the performance of nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru (3)
The non-physical work environment influences job satisfaction for nurses at Eria
Hospital Pekanbaru ( 4) Motivation influences job satisfaction among nurses at Eria
Hospital Pekanbaru (5) job satisfaction influences performance among nurses at Eria
Hospital Pekanbaru (6) Non-physical work environment influences performance
through job satisfaction among nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru (7) Motivation
influences performance through job satisfaction for nurses at Eria Hospital
Pekanbaru.
