PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT SUZUKI MOBIL PEKANBARU

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation
and discipline on the performance of PT Suzuki Mobil Pekanbaru employees.
Data collection methods in this research used questionnaires, interviews and
literature studies. The hypothesis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression
Analysis with the help of the SPSS 23 program. The sampling technique chosen
was saturated sampling with a total sample of 30 employees of PT Suzuki Mobil
Pekanbaru. The results of this research show that simultaneously the independent
variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable. Motivation partially
has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the work
discipline variable also partially has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance.
