Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine how the quality of work life affects employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the Immigration Office class 1 TPI Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data, namely by providing questions in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely employees of the Immigration Office class 1 TPI Pekanbaru point while secondary data is used to determine how the quality of work life on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the Immigration Office class 1 TPI Pekanbaru point the sample is taken as a whole from the population because the population is under 100 respondents. Respondents in this study were employees of the Immigration Office class 1 TPI Pekanbaru. The results showed that the quality of work life has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, the quality of work life has a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has no significant effect on employee performance, the quality of work life has a significant positive effect on employee performance through organizational commitment.
