Pengaruh Budaya Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (Asn) Bidang Sekretariat Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang (Pupr) Provinsi Riau
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of work culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) on work discipline (Y) of State Civil service (civil servants) in the Secretariat Division of the PUPR Agency of Riau Province. The population in this study consisted of 35 people, with a saturated sample, meaning that the entire population of
35 Civil Servants in the Secretariat Division was used as the sample. The data analysis
method employed quantitative analysis using the SmartPLS 4 model. The research instruments were tested using outer model measurement, inner model, and T hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence among the variables: 1) work culture has a positive influence on work discipline, 2) work motivation has a positive influence on work discipline, and 3) work culture and work motivation together have a positive influence on work discipline.
