The purpose of this study was to analyze the up stream agribusiness procurement, production facilities and infrastructure provision and the mushroom farm, agribusiness analyze the agro-product processing and marketing mushroom, analyze the feasibility and find out the role of supporting institutions in mushroom farming. The study was conducted in April 2011 to August 2011 in the city of Pekanbaru by using case study method at UD. Agroindo volva. Analysis of the data used consist of primary and secondary .With activities including proposal preparation, data collection,data processing and report preparation. Based on the results showed that agribusiness subsystem upstream, procurement and provision of production infrastructure has meet the six criteria appropriate except mushroom media (bunches empty palm oil ), 1.47 RCR subsystems downstream agribusiness, BEP 399.17/kg, the price of Rp 25,000 / kg . Marketing channels, there are two channels with channel marketing efficiency I 0 % and channel II is 3,20 %. For produsen must run a business with good management concepts, as well as to farmers are expected to further enhance the knowledge and skills in mushroom farming in order to more effectively and efficiently, and also in the promotion of mushroom products are advised to make a website that provides information to consumers about mushroom marketing in Pekanbaru and surrounding areas.
