Penentuan Senyawa Aktif Ekstrak Daging Siput Bakau (Terebralia Sulcata) Dengan Menggunakan Pelarut Heksan Dan Metanol
This research was conducted in September to December 2010 in
Pekanbaru and aims to determine the class of active compounds contained in the
mangrove snail meat that was extracted using hexane and methanol solvents.
Active compound was determined using maceration, thin layer chromatography
(TLC) and phytochemical test methods.
Active compounds derived from the mangrove snail (Terebralia sulcata),
are flavonoids (polar and non polar) and non polar saponin and alkaloid .
