The purpose of this research are to study and analyze the influence of organizational commitment, culture organizational, internal audit and implementation Good Corporate Governance principles toward regional hospital performance simultaneously and partially. The method of this researh is description and explanatory survey. The units analysis are regional hospital in Riau Province. The data collecting was carrid out by spreading quetionnaires to regional hospital managers. The research data was analyzed using moderated regression analysis with SPSS version 17.00.
The results shows that: organizational commitment, culture organizational and internal audit had no effect to good corporate governance; good corporate governance has possitive effect to hospital performance; culture organizational and internal audit had effect to hospital performance; good corporate governance toward effect of organizational commitment to hospital performance.
