The declining trend oflabor productivitylevelseven thoughthe companyhas beenproviding incentives toemployees, allcompaniesshouldhave astrategyto improvethe productivitygeneratedbyemployees. Most ofthe targets setcan berealizedin accordancewith the objectives set. This studyaims to determinethe implementationof incentivesonPT. OTOBranch ofNUSAEKAWIRAPekanbaruon theunitsales ofoilproductsTSM(Team Motorcycles), employee productivityespecially in thework unitsales ofoilproductsTSM(Team Motorcycles) andrelationshipswithproductivityincentives.
The population of this study wa 35 persons , fromallthepopulationssampled inthis study, thetechniqueforsample collection, the authorusescensusmeanssamplingtechniquesbased onpopulation. Datawere collectedandmeasured usingSpearman rankcorrelationanalysis.
The results of this studyobtained bySpearman's rhocorrelationvalueof0.918meansa verystrongpositiverelationshipbetweenthe provision of incentivestolaborproductivity.
