Pengaruh Remunerasi, Penghargaan dan Peningkatan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Auditor BPK RI Perwakilan Provinsi Riau

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of Remuneration, Awards, and Performance Improvement Auditor Career Against BPK RI Pekanbaru either simultaneously or partially.
The research method used is verivikatif and descriptive, while the population in this study was BPK RI Auditor Pekanbaru, as many as 71 people, conducted a census or a sample taken all reason. The analysis in this study by using multiple linear regression.
The results showed that the computation results that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables (remuneration, rewards and career enhancement) simultaneouslyand partial on the dependent variable (performance) BPK RI Auditor Pekanbaru.
The significance of the influence of remuneration, rewards and career advancement of the performance auditor BPK RI Pekanbaru be shown from the value of F count is greater than F table. The null hypothesis is rejected mean factor remuneration, rewards and career advancement have significant impact simultaneously on the performance auditor BPK RI Pekanbaru.
