Pengaruh Manajemen Pengetahuan,Pembelajaran Organisasional, dan Orientasi Pasar Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Untuk Mencapai Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Pada Grand Zuri Group Hotel di Pekanbaru)
This research was conducted at Grand Zuri Group Hotel in Pekanbaru.
This research aimed to examine the effect of knowledge management,
organizational learning, and market orientation on firm performance to achieve
firm competitive advantage at Grand Zuri Group Hotel Pekanbaru. This
research’s variables are important in accordance with a tight competition that is
occurred on hotel industry in the city of Pekanbaru nowadays.
Research was done by using closed-questionnaire method on 102
respondents. Respondents of this research are the leaders and/or other people
who have an authority to take strategic policy at Grand Zuri Group Hotel
Pekanbaru Based on the research done by Structural Equation Method with
AMOS 20 statistical software on the full model of this research, has earned a fit
result and it can be used as the basis of policy making to the firm in the future.
The result fulfilled most of goodness of fit criteria such as follows: Chi-square =
88,110; Probability = 0,929; GFI = 0,915; AGFI = 0,880; TLI = 1,039; RMSEA
= 0,000; CFI = 1,000 and CMIN/DF = 0,808. Thus, it can be concluded that the
model is fit to be used.
This research concluded that knowledge management and market
orientation has a positive and significant effect on firm performance, whereas
organizational learning is also has a positive, yet not significant effect on firm
performance and firm competitive advantage. Then, knowledge management itself
is also has a positive and significant effect on firm competitive advantage.
However, market orientation has positive, yet not significant effect on firm
competitive advantage. Therefore, this research recommends Grand Zuri Group
Hotel Pekanbaru raises organizational learning inside the firm to increase firm
performance in achieving firm competitive advantage in the future. Firm is also
recommended to retain and increase knowledge management and market
orientation implementation to retain firm business existence in the future.
