This research was conducted at PT. Sinar Lestari Pekanbaru with the aim of to see Discipline and K3 on the Performance of PT. Sinar Lestari in Pekanbaru city. And to see the effect on Discipline to Performance Through K3 at PT. Sinar Lestari in Pekanbaru City. Population in this study were all employees of PT. Sinar Lestari in 2012 year many as 56 people. Therefore relatively small population size, then all the population sampled many as 56 people. To analyze the data, in this study used Path Analysis Test. The results showed that a significant difference between the Performance of the Work Discipline at PT. Sinar Lestari in Pekanbaru City. Then, the results showed that there are significant K3 on Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Lestari in Pekanbaru City. The results showed that a significant difference between Discipline and K3 simultaneously affect the Employee Performance at PT. Sinar Lestari in Pekanbaru City and the results showed that there are significant Discipline on Performance through K3 at PT. Sinar Lestari in Pekanbaru City.
