The purpose of research to determine the effect of education and discipline training on employee performance in PT. Sawit Ivo Mas Tunggal in District Kandis.
The population in this study population is employees of the production in 2013 as many as 90 people. Because of the small number of population, sampling taken as a whole with the census techniques. In this study the authors use statistical data analysis techniques by using SPSS version 17.0 (Statistics Package For Social Science) is regression to see the influence of Education & Training and Work Discipline of the work performance of employees at PT. Sawit Ivo Mas Tunggal.
The first hypothesis testing results show that the Education and Training and Discipline effect on Employee Job Performance PT. Sawit Ivo Mas Tunggal In Sub Kandis. Then the second hypothesis testing results show that the effect on the Education and Training Employee Performance PT. Sawit Ivo Mas Tunggal In Sub Kandis.
