Pengaruh Penerapan Model Role Playing Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA Sekolah Dasar (Studi Eksperimen Kuasi Siswa Kelas V Sdn 27 Pekanbaru)
Learning process in science is still dominated by teacher before, so that the communication occurs only from one direction, and tends bring the class into tense situations, because the students are required to continue to concentrate from the beginning until the end of the study. So that the students feel bored and learning outcome low. Without forgetting the characteristic of student that like play, so role playing is needed tobe riset as a model of study. The aim of this riset to see the effect of applying the model role playing to increased student learning outcomes of student in grade V of SDN 27 Pekanbaru. Methods used in this study was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest experimental control group design. This riset conducted in the academic year 2012/2013 with a research sample of grade VA and VB by the number of students each 27 people. The data collected in this study are student learning outcomes data by tests, observation sheet activities of teachers and students as well as students attitudes toward inquiry science lessons to complete this research data. Based on the analysis of the data, obtained by the effect of applying the model of role-playing, which is the difference in a significant increase in learning outcomes between students who received learning model with role playing with students who received conventional learning. Evidenced by the results of the t test index score gain is 5,80>2,007, which means that there are significant differences in improvement between the control and experimental classes. With the increase can be concluded that the application of the learning model role playing a positive influence to improve student learning outcomes.
