Analisis Tingkat Kepuasan Anggota Koperasi Atas Kualitas Pelayanan Pada Koperasi Pegawai Pt. Telkom Pekanbaru
This research was conduct to identify cooperation members’ satisfaction rate toward service quality of Koperasi Pegawai PT. Telkom Pekanbaru (Employee Cooperation of PT. Telkom Pekanbaru). The method used in this research was descriptive statistical method. The samples in this research were 80 people, from 398 total population, using simple random sampling technique. Analytical data technique which was used in this research was Importance and Performance Analysis. By the obtained results, we conclude that 1) suitability rate of service performances toward cooperation members’ satistifaction is 83.41% (satisfied)., 2) there are 2 (two) factors which did not give cooperation members’ satisfaction yet, which are: board staff’s responsive capability toward service distributing and board staff’s reponsive capability toward members’ complaint. Based on that conclusion, board staff’s should put more attention about those two factors by supplying a sugestion box. Any sugestion obtained from this box should be responded and be solved wisely.
