Analisis Tingkat Kinerja Guru Dan Kaitannya Dengan Supervisi Akademik Pada SMA Negeri 7 Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the level of teacher performance and its relation to the supervision of academic activities. This research carried out in the country SMA 7 Pekanbaru from March to August 2014. This research method is descriptive quantitative method. Data used is primary data obtained directly from the respondents, namely teachers in the country SMA 7 Pekanbaru through qoestionnaires (questionnaire) and interview with the headmaster. And secondary data is data that is obtained based on the information that has been compiled in the from of documents or reports of teacher performance appraisal. Of all analytical results obtained in the study, it can be concluded that the level of teacher performance and its association with supervision academic in the country SMA 7 Pekanbaru prove that academic supervisi can be used as a reference for improving the performance of teacher. Still, if the result of the teacher performance is not maximized, then the academic supervisi conduted principals also not maximized. Because if the teacher has a good performance, than the academic supervisi do also have good principals. Therefore, teacher should try to improve the planning process of learning and doing more creative learning. And principals sholud give guidance to teacher continuously and provide information and reflection so that adds to the knowledge or experience to become a better teacher.
