This study aims to see the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning and its impact on the welfare of society at Sei Pakning. This study uses data support Corporate Social Responsibility program which is the largest in 2012 were considered to have demonstrated results, as many as 48 population. The sampling method is done by using the census as many as 48 samples. Following the data obtained were analyzed using the test of difference with the help of SPSS 17.00. The results showed that the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning against the welfare of the people in Sei Pakning already running and perceived very well by the community. Programs of Corporate Social Responsibility Pertamina Refinery Unit II Sei Pakning developed and prioritized in the field of education, SMEs, health, environmental conservation, improvement of public facilities and religious activities. Implementation of CSR programs affect the welfare of the people in Sei Pakning. The amount of donations influence the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility for the welfare of the people in Sei Pakning amounted to 68.56%.
