Hang Tuah road is a collector roads secondary two – line with 2-way undivided ( 2/2 Undevide ) with a length of ± 9.2 km roads that are in Pekanbaru . This road is also a cross-roads Pekanbaru – Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan, so that in the rush-hour traffic is often congested . This thesis aims to calculate the performance of the road on the way Hang Tuah , it will be calculated the capacity of the road ,
the degree of saturation and the average speed of traffic to determine the performance of the road proper to use or improper use.
