Pengaruh Latihan Bet Berat Terhadap Keterampilan Pukulan Forehand Atlet Putra Tenis Meja SMA Negeri Olahraga Pekanbaru

Based on field research observation that men's table tennis coaching athletes SMA Sports Pekanbaru shows indicated that the lack of technique and tactics in a game of table tennis, as well as program - exercise program is less systematic and planned. The issues raised in this research is "whether there is influence of heavy bet on skills training forehand table tennis athletes sons SMA Sports pekanbaru? This study aims to determine whether there is influence skills training forehand bet heavily against the table tennis athletes son SMA Sports pekanbaru. The research hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is the influence of heavy bet on skills training forehand table tennis athletes son SMA Sports Pekanbaru. This research is an experimental research. This study was conducted on men's table tennis athletes SMA pekanbaru sport. Data were obtained and collected through preliminary tests and a final test before doing strenuous exercise bet. Data were analyzed descriptively, then further testing research hypotheses that have been put forward as the issue is: "there is a heavy bet exercises influence (X) is significant with skill forehand (Y). T-test research results yield tscore 6.5 and ttable1,833 at significant level of 0.05. Means tscore > ttable. This gives the conclusion that there is significant influence from heavy bet on skills training forehand table tennis athletes sons SMA Sports pekanbaru to be Ha accepted.
