Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasi Guru Di Sekolah Swasta YPPI Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

This research is aimed to know the influence of Quality of Work Life (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) either partially or simultaneously toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Y). The method hypothesis testing by using double linear regression with the help of SPSS 17 program. The number of the research population is 147 teachers and research sample is 107 teachers who are selected as Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The technique of data collection in this research is by using questionnaire. Instrument validity test is by using the formula of the Pearson Correlation of Product Moment and to test the reliability of instrument by using the formula of Alpha Cronback. The test of analysis of requirement of double linear regression consists of normality test, linearity test, multico-linearity test, auto correlation test, and homoscedasticity test. The research finding shows that: simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence between quality work life (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) toward organizational citizenship behavior (Y) in comparison to Fcalculated = 11.225 > Ftable = 3.08, the significant value 0.008 < 0.05, and the size of the influence: R2 = 17.8% and 82.2% becomes influence of other factors. Meanwhile partially is: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between quality of work life (X1) toward organizational citizenship behavior (Y) in comparison to tcalculated = 2.036 > ttable = 1.982, the significant value 0.004 < 0.05 and the size of the influene 8,47% 2) there is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction (X2) toward the organizational citizenship behavior (Y) in the comparison to tcalculated in the subdistrict of Tualang, Siak Regency and significant value 0.044 < 0.05 and the size of the influene 4,1%
