Hubungan Komunikasi Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Smk Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau

Research was conducted on vocational teachers of SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Povinsi Riau with the aim to analyze the relationship between communication and work environment variables on the performance of teachers of SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau the population in this study are all permanent teachers. The number of teachers in SMK Negeri Pertanian Terpadu Provinsi Riau numbered 69 people. The analytical method used in this study is the Spearman rank correlation method and analytical hierarchy process with SPSS 21 and Expert Choice.
From the results of this study on the correlation test showed that the communication has a weak relationship on teacher performance. While the work environment variables have a strong relationship. Of two independent variables that have a strong association is working environment. In AHP (Analytical Hierarchy procces) according to the principal indicators of the work environment that have the highest value is lighting. Meanwhile, according to teachers' work of environmental indicators that have the highest value is the availability of tools adequate equipment. Should the advice for schools to pay attention to the work environment. The school should be able to pay attention to things that are important in school as comfort and facilities provided so that teachers can work well so that it can improve its performance.
