Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada Pt. Indojaya Agrinusa Unit Hatchery Pekanbaru
This study aim to know how influence of work satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention in PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Unit Hatchery Pekanbaru. The population in this study is all empoyess in PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Unit Hatchery Pekanbaru is 65 people, while the sampling technique is done by census method and technique of data analysis was done multiple linear regression by using sofware SPSS 18,0.
After analyzing the data, simultan regression test (test-F) shows that there is a significant influence of work satisfaction and organizational commitment by simultan and parsial have effect to turnover intention of employees and partial regression test (test-T) have effect significant influence work satisfaction and organizational commitment by simultan and parsial have effect to turnover intention in PT. Indojaya Agrinusa Unit Hatchery Pekanbaru. Level contribution influence of independent variable (work satisfaction and organizational commitment) to variable dependen (turnover intention) is equal 70%.
Company have to be more attention to turnover intention employees so that result of obtained job more maximal for example by paying attention job satisfaction and organizational commitment to be more motivated employees to get more maximal perfomance
