This research aims to review the influence of manufacturing industry crude palm oil (CPO) against catches of the fisherman at Kelurahan Bangsal Aceh. A method of the sample use the population are samples in all. The data used the research is primary and secondary data. Primary data is data that is obtained with a direct communication of the respondent, namely the community of fisherman in Kelurahan Bangsal Aceh such as age structure, education level, number of dependents, long hours of work, catches, factors climate and level of income. Secondary data is data that is derived from various publications of agencies or institutions related to this research. Based on the research results obtained using paired samples test correlations based on calculations that have been done, stated that Sig 0000 < 0.05 and indicating that there is a relationship between before and after the existence of crude palm oil (CPO) processing industry against the catches of fishermen, with the level of relations/0.816 correlations (relationships belong enough). While it is based on the analysis of different test average figures obtained significance is 0.000. Based on the results of the data analysis undertaken in this study provide the results that the existence of the existence of the industrial processing of crude palm oil (CPO) effect on fishing catches in Kelurahan Bangsal Aceh Kecamatan Sungai Sembilan Kota Dumai.
