Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Manajerial Dengan Komitmen Organisasi, Job Relevant Informasi Dan Persepsi Inovasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu)
This research is aimed to examine and find out evidence of the influence of budgetary participation on managerial performance. It also attemps to examine wheter organizational commitment, job relevation information and perception of innovation mediate the budgetary participation on managerial performance. Data for this study were collected by using 120 questionnaires, which were distributed to employee with 3rd and 4th grade echelon at 30 Government Offices in Indragiri Hulu District. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling method. In total 86 questionnaires received were complete and hence usable in analysis. Data analysis method to examine each of the variables and testing hypothesis were done through reliability test, validity test, normality test, the classical assumption test, test the coefficient dtermination , and T-test using multiple linear regression that is path analysis with SPSS 17.0. The result of this study indicates that the budgetary participation have effects on managerial performance directly with significant 0,000, budgetary participation indirectly effects on managerial performance through organizational commitment with significant 0,011, budgetary participation indirectly effects on managerial performance through job relevation informations with significant 0,029, and budgetary participation did not indirectly effects on managerial performance through perception of innovation with significant 0,297.
