Pengaruh Tingkat Pendidikan, Pengalaman, Dan Kompetensi Aparatur Pemerintah Terhadap Penerapan Akuntansi Berbasis Akrual Pada Pemerintah(Studi Kasus Pada Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Siak)

The research aims to examine the Influence of Level Education, Experience, and Competence to Implementation of Accrual Basis for Government. Object of this research is public office in Siak. There are eighty one questionnairs which are sent but, only fifty questionnairs returned. That data are analyzed by multiple regression method and SPSS program version 19. The variables where examined are Influence of Level Education, Experience, and Competence to Implementation Accrual Basis. The result of this research showed that level education has an effect to implementation of accrual basis with 0,606. It means level of education is Bachelor Degrees of government in Siak. The result of experience also has an effect to implementation of accrual basis with 0,002, and competence has an effect to implementation of accrual basis with 0,000 significance. The results of this result also showed that coefficient determinant is 41,1%. The result of regression also show that independent variables have t value were bigger than t table, it means every variable has significance influence to dependent variable using regression analyzed. Each independent variables, give the strong influence to dependent variable, it means independents variable could explain dependent variable well. While the remaining influenced by other variables not included in the regression models were not included in this study as human resource as quality to recommended for next researchment.
