Onomatope Dalam Komik Mahabharata

Basically, this study aims to describe the type and function of onomatopoeic in Mahabharata comic. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive method to describe the type and function of onomatopoeic in Mahabharata comic. The results of the study and discussion of data acquisition are: (1) In Mahabharata comic, there are three types of onomatopoeic used in it. The types of onomatopoeic that are included in the comics is a) human onomatopoeic sound, b) animal onomatopoeic sound, and c) other onomatopoeic sound. 2) onomatopeic function used in comics is a) expression function b) exploration function.
