Dengue is a disease caused by dengue virus, until now the disease Dengue remains a public health problem that is serious enough in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci, disease control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) by the Department of Health in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci Pelalawan is an effort to suppress the growing amount of morbidity in a case of Dengue Fever implementation is based on the Minister of Health No. 82 of 2014 about the types of infectious diseases that can cause epidemics.
The purpose of this study was to determine disease control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever conducted by the Department of Health in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci, Pelalawan and to determine factor of any factor that inhibits disease control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever by Public Health Service, the concepts used in the theory proposed Tjiptoherianto (1999 : 155).
The results of this study indicate that the development of mass media and outreach to the community about the disease Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci is still not good it is in because of less optimal DHO Palalawan in implementing the program, Investigations Epidemiology conducted by PHC Berseri District of Pangkalan Kerinci is good, Mobilization society through Mosquito Nest Elimination (MNE) in the District of Pangkalan Kerinci somewhat less than effective this is due to lack of participation, Abatesasi performed by PHC Berseri District of Pangkalan Kerinci still not effective, this is due to lack of education about the use of abate to the public, fogging is done is still not optimal this is because many people who did not want his house to do fumigation / fogging because it is not good for health.
