Analisis Penempatan Pegawai Negeri Sipil Pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kota Pekanbaru
Placement of the right employees is a way to optimize the capabilities, skills of employees working toward the achievement itself, this is a process of developing future employees are directed to place employees in positions appropriate to their rules and their qualifications. Employees are very important and key to any organization, because the employee determines the realization of the objectives of the organization that will be easily achieved if the employee is placed at a position corresponding to the competence, the Regional Employment Board of the city of Pekanbaru.
Theoretical concept is used the staffing proposed by Siagian with three criteria, namely the promotion, transfer and demotion task. The purpose of this study was to determine how the analysis of the placement of Civil Servants at the Regional Employment Board of Pekanbaru. This study using current methods of qualitative research and descriptive manner. In data collection the author uses interview, observation and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information as a source of data validity.
The results of this study indicate that the placement of the Civil Service to the Regional Employment Board of Pekanbaru there are positions occupied by some employees do not correspond with the educational background, experience, the skills effect their staffing is not objective. Factors that affect the placement of Civil Servants at the Regional Employment Board of Pekanbaru are leadership, human resources, regulation and information disclosure.
