Pengaruh Penempatan Kerja Dan Perilaku Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pt. Agro Sarimas Indonesia Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This study aims to determine how the effect of job placement and work behavior on employee job satisfaction PT. Agro Sarimas Indonesia Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Population in this research is all employees of production unit counted 98 people. Sampling is done by census which makes all employees as sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression which was processed with SPSS program version 18.0. From the results of tests that have been done known that work placement and work behavior simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. This means that if employees are placed on the job in accordance with the expertise that is owned and a pleasant working environment then the employee job satisfaction will increase. To maximize employee job satisfaction, the company should provide the appropriate salary and balance with the work load at the employee's responsibility. To maximize employee work placement, it is expected that the employee who achieves always promotes a higher position.
