This study aimed to analyze the structure, conduct and performance and the factors that affect smoked catfish industry in Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan XIII Koto Kampar Kabupaten Kampar.
To determine the sample used census method sarnpel entire population, in this study the sample amounted to as much as 9 businesses smoked catfish industry. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative research methods to approach SCP. To determine the effect of CR4, MES, efficiency (X-Eff), and the growth of the PCM, the model used in this study were multiple linear regression or ordinary least squares (OLS).
The results of this research are: analysis of industry market structure smoked catfish in Desa Koto Mesjid, Year 2007-2016 MSi values obtained ranged between 1-20% and average CR4 value of 59.78%. Analysis of market behavior consists of: the strategy depends on the size of fish used, product strategy carried out with different packaging, while the promotional strategies carried to a collector and thinners, besides promotion is also carried out during the exhibition. Analysis of the performance can be seen from the average value of PCM of 32.32%, a median value of X-eff of 38.46%, and the average value growth of 38,05%,
