Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Konflik Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln (Persero) Sektor Kit Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of workload, work conflict, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population is all employees who work in PT. PLN (Persero) Sector Kit Pekanbaru which amounted to 75 people. While the sampling using census method. The data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program version 18.00. Based on the results of data analysis is known that workload, work conflict, and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Sector Kit Pekanbaru. As well as workload, work conflicts, and job satisfaction partially significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Sector Kit Pekanbaru. The advice given by the author based on the results of the analysis conducted is as follows: In an effort to improve employee performance company should emphasize the honest attitude of employees. For example by giving a law for employees who are caught dishonest and harming the company. Thus employees will increase their honesty in work and performance can be improved. And Expected to the company to reduce work conflicts such as disputes between individuals from their employees. As with emphasizing to its employees to be willing to work in teams or in groups.
