Analisis Penerapan Total Quality Management Pada Pt. Angkasa Pura Ii Bandara Raja Haji Fisabilillah Tanjung Pinang
The development of the business world is increasing nowadays, the business people should be aware of the increasing level of competition between fellow businesspeople. It takes a reliable strategy for its products have a competitive advantage. Among the competitive advantages are differentiation, good quality, competitive price. This study aims to determine the application of Total Quality Management to the performance of employees at PT. Angkasa Pura II Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjung Pinang. The population in this study includes all employees of Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport Tanjung Pinang which amounted to 106 people. Primary data were collected by questionnaire as instrument to prove the result of the research. Sampling method used is Stratified Random Sampling. =The results showed in the factors of Total Quality Management one of them is Continuous Improvement with the result of 277 and in the range of scale means the number is got enough value. For the value of Education and Training shows the results of 299.33, the figure gets a good value and TQM Tools factor of 272.66 with enough value. Total Quality Management is an approach to running a business that tries to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of products, services, people, processes and the environment.
