Efek Variasi Tekanan Terhadap Briket Serbuk Tempurung Kelapa Untuk Analisa Efisiensi Pengolahan Opak Singkong Menggunakan Kompor Biomassa
The effects of pressure on briquette of coconut shell using biomass stove on cassava Opak processing efficiency. The experimen method used was by design biomass stove using biomass energy from coconut shell powder briquette in Rejosari Village, Tenayan Raya Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City especially to improve cassava crackers bussiness productivity. The location of this research is Rejosari district, Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru. More over this research is designed in order to increase the research of product of Opak. The result of this research showed that the maximum temperature of briquette called “Pb3” is 493 0C. Maximum heat energy loss rate from biomass stove for biomass energy of coconut powder briquette was 602.1 Joule/s. The maximum thermal energy rate utilized from biomass stoves has a maximum heat energy “Pb3“ value rate of 646.85 Joule/s. The smallest water level value during 60 minutes observation for Pb3 pressure was 22.77%. The final type of cassava crackers mass that experiences a relatively constant decline during steaming occurs due to the decrease in the final mass of cassava opac, where the smallest type mass value r 60 min of observation for Pb3 is 3850,9 kg/m3 Maximum efficiency of biomass energy sources using stove The biomass used for 60 minutes of observation for Pb2 was 96.06%.
