This study aims to determine the effect of human resources, the use of information technology in internal control systems and organizational commitment to the reliability of financial statements with (Empirical Study on Regional Devices Organizations in Rokan Hilir Regency 2017). The population in this study were all OPD in Rokan Hilir 2017. The samples in this study were 28 OPD with 112 respondents. The method of determining the sample used in this study is purposive sampling, while the data processing method used in this study is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis) using SPSS version 17.0 software to process data. The results showed that human resources affect the reliability of financial statements, the use of information technology does not affect the reliability of financial statements, internal control systems and organizational commitment affect the reliability of financial statements, with the value of each sig (0.000 0.05), (0.040
