Analisis Sektor Ekonomi Basis Dan Peranannya Terhadap Ketimpangan Pendapatan Antar Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Riau Tahun 2010 – 2017

This research aims to analyze the basic economic sector and its role in income inequality between districts / cities in Riau Province. And Secondary data used in this study for the period 2010 to 2017 sourced from BPS in Riau Province. Then it was analyzed by Location Quotient (LQ) and Sectoral Wilamson Index. Research results show that regencies / cities in Riau Province have 5 basic economic sectors, namely the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Sector, the Processing Industry Sector, Water Supply Sector, Waste, Waste and Recycling Management, Transportation and Warehousing Sector and Government Administration Sector, Defense and Mandatory Social Security. Base Sector that has Sectoral Income Inequality with an average with a Low Category is the Agriculture Sector which is equal to 0.25. And Sectoral Income Inequality with the average category is the Processing Industry Sector, which is equal to 0.47. Then the last Sectoral Income Inequality with the High Category is the Water Procurement Sector, Waste Management, Waste and Recycling of 0.77 and the Transportation and Warehousing Sector of 0.71.
