The purpose of the research was to determine the effect of capital, labor and technology on the production of the basic metal processing industry services (the lathe industry’s services case in the Pekanbaru City).
This research uses multiple linear regression analysis tools.The data used is cross section data in 2018.The population of this study is 26 business units, and sampling uses the census sample method, namelythe entire endeavor unit to be ta sampel.Types of data used is the primary data and secondary data.Data collection techniques use an interview technique, tecniques of questionnaires and a documentation tecnique. The method of analysis used in the research is descriptive quantitative.
From the results of the research conducted, simultaneous regression test against variables (capital, labor, and technology)have a positive and significant effect on the production of lathe industry services with a significance value of 0,000b. partially only two variables have a positive and significant effect on production, namely :first, capital has a positive and significant effect on production with a significant level of 0,000, and second, labor has a positive and significant effect on production with a significant level of 0,011.Whereas technology has a negative and not significant effect on production with a significant level of 0.243.The magnitude of the effect caused (R²) by the three independent variables in percentage to the dependent variable is 74.9% while the remaining 25.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
