Modal Sosial Dalam Pengelolaan UMKM Bakso Bakar Luthfi Di Perumahan Bumi Rumbai Permai Kecamatan Rumbai Kota Pekanbaru
The formation and management of Luthfi's meatball UMKM not only require financial capital and human capital to last their existence, and social capital. Luthfi's meatballs are a forum that gives birth to the principle of trust that is built in the process of dealing with economic activities that are not spared from woman in Perumahan Bumi Rumbai Permai. The purpose of my study to determine social capital in the formation and management of luthfi meatball UMKM and to find out the problems management of luthfi meatball UMKM.
This study use qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis. The technique used is purposive sampling. The source of primary data is obtained from the results of in-depth interviews with the owners and woman who work in the luthfi meatballs. secondary data sources obtained documentation, internet and related research reports. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The writer describes in the descriptions in the form of words that are easily understood so as to produce an analysis that ends with conclusions and suggestions.
Based on the results of the study showed that the social capital in luthfi meatballs consisted of social networks, social norms and beliefs. The social network formed by the owner includes a network of relationships which is a resource that is useful in determining and reproducing social positions. Besides that the owner also formed a network of cooperation with Indomaret and Gojek to develop Lutfhi meatballs in Pekanbaru. The social norms of being burned by lutfhi are formed and in management not only are done in a formal manner but also include being informal. The trust that emerged from Luthfi's in the process of forming and managing it has its own function of meaning including honesty, tolerance and mutual respect that cannot be separated from the elements of trust. Behind it all that matters is how this aspect is maintained and can facilitate production and sales activities. Next, the problems that is less of capital, sales process that is unstable income, difficult of management bussines licence, and termination of cooperate by relation.
