Pengaruh Kompetensi, Independensi, Integritas, Objektivitas, Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kualitas Audit (Studi Pada Auditor Internal Inspektorat Kota Pekanbaru)

This research was conducted on inspectorate auditor of Pekanbaru City
with the aim to know the influence of Competence, Independence, Integrity,
Objectivity, and experience variable to Quality Audit Study At Inspectorate
Auditor of Pekanbaru City This research use primary data that is data obtained
from giving questionnaire to all employee Auditor Inspectorate of Pekanbaru
City. Secondary data obtained related to the object and organizational structure
of the population in 42 people and sampled. The method of analyses used in this
study is multiple linear regression method. From the results of tests that have
been done, Partial Test (Test-t) shows that the variables competence,
Independence, and Objectivity have a significant effect on Audit Quality. Then,
the variables Integrity and Experience haven’t been a significant effect on Audit
Quality. The results of this study indicate that : competence with results t
arithmetic (3,664) > t table (2,028) and Sig. (0,001) < 0,05 hence have a
significant positive effect to audit quality. Independence with result t arithmetic
(4,478) > t table (2,028) and Sig. (0,000) < 0,05 hence have a significant positive
effect to audit quality. Integrity with results t arithmetic (1,345) < t table (2,028)
and Sig (0,187) > 0,05 hence haven’t a significant positive to effect to audit
quality. Objectivity with results t count (2,438) > t table (2,028) and Sig. (0,020)
< 0,05 hence have a significant positive effect to audit quality. Experience with
results t count (1,018) < t table (2,028) and Sig. (0,315) > 0,05 hence haven’t a
significant positive to effect to audit quality.
