Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Dan Employee Engagement (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Surya Mulia Gita Graha Pekanbaru)
This study aims to see and determine the direct and indirect influence of
the influence of leadership and organizational culture on job satisfaction and
employee engagement of PT. Surya Mulia Gita Graha. The population in this
study were all employees totaling 232 people. The sample in this study used a
Stratified Random Sampling technique with the Slovin formula method so that the
sample in this study was 147 respondents.
The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data, while
the data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique
used in this research is path analysis using SPSS software. The results in this
study indicate that leadership and organizational culture have a significant
positive effect on job satisfaction. Leadership, organizational culture and job
satisfaction have a significant positive effect on employee engagement. Job
satisfaction does not mediate the influence of leadership and organizational
culture on employee engagement.
